Your reservation is confirmed once deposit is received. Full terms and conditions will be shared with you in your welcome email.

Payment plans are available for remaining balance, split across 4 months: 1st Jan / Feb / March / April. All details will be confirmed in your welcome email.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable. You may transfer your deposit to someone else in your place should you not be able to attend, but the responsibility of finding that person is up to you. 

The Vibrancy Hub is not responsible for any changes to your travel plans and will not refund any amounts, but we are happy to transfer them to another guest of your choice.

Full balance is due by 1st April 2024

To maintain your reservation, all payments must be received as per booking terms.
