This programme is not about changing women and training them to become more ‘masculine’ - this is about gently and encouragingly drawing out the extraordinary in every woman.

 

Through this 6-month programme, we gather a cohort of women from your business within leadership positions. As a powerful collective they will learn how to:

Radiant Leadership Immersion Day:

We kick off with a powerful experience coming together into nature to connect, build trust & be inspired to think differently.


Online interactive workshops:

Combining teaching, self reflection, group coaching / mastermind & visualisations. Teaching supported with additional resources - articles, podcasts, papers etc

In person action planning session:

A session to pull it all together - to celebrate progress, to celebrate each other, to solidify what has been learnt and to clarify inspired action to keep moving the Women Rising agenda forward beyond this programme.

1:1 coaching support:

This is the really deep and potent work of exploiting individual nuances and unpacking an individual’s patterns and belief systems.

Online community:
