Starting again with Helen Slater - Building a beautiful life
"I feel like I start again every day" How do you remove the distractions and get to the core of who you really are, find out in this episode as Helen Slater sits down with Laura.
Laura started again after moving to Sydney chasing the sun, sea and surf and working as a charted accountant. Leaving her usual routine in Manchester behind her, her new life in Australia left time for Laura to think about the path her life was leading her down and she began to question who she was at her core. She describes it as "a voice tapping me on the shoulder". When she stopped seeking external validation in life Laura switched her accounting career to a more people-focused role and 6 years later "The Vibrancy Hub" was born.
Creating non-linear career paths Laura believes to be her superpower, nowadays her CV looks like this: intuitive life coach, leadership coach and strategic business coach, yoga and embodied movement teacher, energy worker, meditation and mindfulness teacher and business consultant helping businesses to build vibrant cultures.
